Jennifer Williams is a research scientist at Abbott specializing in hydration and pediatric nutrition.
Jennifer has conducted more than 20 clinical trials for Abbott. She leads nutrition science research and education in the area of rehydration, examining the benefits of electrolytes and fluid replacement in children and adults who experience dehydration. She has also led research on feeding difficulties in children and the role of nutritional supplementation in healthy growth in children. In prior roles, she has studied the benefits of various nutrients in people managing diabetes.
Jennifer has authored 13+ peer-reviewed papers and has presented scientific data at both domestic and global scientific conferences.
Jennifer received her undergraduate degrees in biology and chemistry from Cedarville University in Ohio and a master’s degree in Public Health from The Ohio State University.
