Jamie Partridge joined Abbott in 2012 as director of Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR). She established a HEOR group which works on initiatives in the area of therapeutic nutrition. Her team demonstrates the value of nutrition interventions as a cost-effective way of improving health outcomes while reducing healthcare costs. The research provides insight on the impact of nutrition for the patient, healthcare professional, government, payors and other key stakeholders.
In her previous position, Jamie was a program manager of Outcomes Research for HEOR with Abbott’s Vascular division, supporting ABSORB™ Bioresorbable Scaffolds, XIENCE Drug-Eluding Stents, and the MitraClip Mitral Valve Repair System.
Jamie has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Illinois, an M.B.A in Finance and Operations Management from Indiana University, and a Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from the University of Saskatchewan.
