Jamie Partridge joined Abbott’s nutrition division in 2012 as director of Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), where she established its HEOR group which works on initiatives in the area of therapeutic nutrition. Her team’s work focuses on demonstrating nutrition interventions as a cost-effective way of improving health outcomes while reducing healthcare costs, as well as promoting the value of nutrition for the patient, health care professional, government, payors and other key stakeholders.
In her previous position, Jamie was a program manager of Outcomes Research for HEOR with Abbott’s Vascular division, supporting ABSORB™ Bioresorbable Scaffolds, XIENCE Drug-Eluding Stents, and the MitraClip Mitral Valve Repair System.
Jamie has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Illinois, an M.B.A in Finance and Operations Management from Indiana University, and a Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from the University of Saskatchewan.
